Microsoft’s Edge browser now natively supports M1

And another convert! Microsoft has just announced on the Twitter account for Edge development that its browser now natively supports the new M1 processor from Apple! In detail, the M1 compatible browser version must be downloaded via the Microsoft Edge Canary Channel, a subsection of the Microsoft Edge Insiders platform. Redmond Company is not giving any details on the – likely – performance gains, but there is little doubt that the first banks will fall quickly. In the past few days, some big names in Pro software have become compatible with the M1, such as Pixelmator Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Affinity Designer, Darkroom, Fantastical, OmniFocus, BBEdit, Instapaper, Twitter and many more …

You asked and we delivered! 💪 Native support for Mac ARM64 devices is now available on our Canary Island channel. Download it from our Microsoft Edge Insiders website today! https://t.co/qJMMGV0HjU
